This dataset provides data about the assets that are managed by the Division of Fleet Management. Assets fall into two categories: vehicle or equipment.

Fleet Management uses a point system that considers a variety of factors to determine which assets are recommended for replacement. An asset with 15 points or higher is recommended for replacement.

This dataset provides data from MyNorfolk, a citizen services portal that delegates and tracks requests and questions about the city of Norfolk and the services we provide to our residents, businesses, and visitors. Data for the service requests is collected from phone calls, emails, an app for smart phones and on-line. The portal is managed by the Norfolk Cares Center; its mission is to provide a single point of contact for visitors, residents, businesses and city staff to request a city service, report a concern, seek information about Norfolk, or follow-up on a previous request for service.

The Address Information Resource is a compilation of information related to active and pending addresses in the City of Norfolk. It provides a consolidated source to allow for quick and easy access to information about an address including details related to school districts, municipal services, planning, public safety, and civic leadership. It is one of the main data resources that provides content for the Norfolk AIR website (http://air.norfolk.gov)
