This dataset represents all active warrants recorded by the Norfolk Police Department. Warrants can be searched by type of crime, demographics of persons involved and total number of outstanding warrants. This dataset is updated daily.

• cause a suspect to flee or evade detection,
• result in the destruction of evidence.
This dataset contains incident reports recorded by the Norfolk Police Department that occurred over the last five years. Incidents can be searched by type, location, date and time of occurrence. This dataset is updated weekly.
This dataset provides information about permits and their associated inspections, violations, and status information. Norfolk’s Development Service Center (DSC) issues building, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire, amusement, elevator, certificates of occupancy, and zoning permits. The purpose of the DSC is to consolidate acquisition of permits to one central location within Norfolk City Hall for the convenience of customers. This dataset is updated daily.

This dataset includes data on all real estate parcels in the city of Norfolk that are at least one quarter behind on taxes. Payments are processed as received requiring frequent updates to the data for accuracy. City deferral and senior tax relief programs may impact r-portable data. The tax rate, penalty rate and interest rate are prescribed by city ordinance.
The Address Information Resource is a compilation of information related to active and pending addresses in the City of Norfolk. It provides a consolidated source to allow for quick and easy access to information about an address including details related to school districts, municipal services, planning, public safety, and civic leadership. It is one of the main data resources that provides content for the Norfolk AIR website (http://norfolkair.norfolk.gov/norfolkair).
As of October 30, 2019, this data set will no longer be updated. A new citizen request app, called MyNorfolk, has been implemented and data from that app is available in this Open Data portal.
The Norfolk Cares data set provides data from the IMPACT System. The data was collected by phone calls, emails, iPhone requests, and on-line requests. This data set includes service requests from November 2014 to October 2019.
