This dataset provides information about Norfolk's parks, open spaces, community centers and other city properties. The data details both active and passive recreational opportunities including playgrounds, dog parks, ball fields, basketball courts and many others. This data will be updated twice a year, in January and July.

This dataset contains data on Work Orders performed by field crews from the Department of Parks & Recreation, the Department of Transportation, and the Environmental Storm Water Management and Streets & Bridges Divisions of the Department of Public Works. The data comes from the city’s implementation of CentralSquare’s Enterprise Asset Management platform, also known as Lucity. This dataset is updated daily on weekdays.
